
The Air Force Cycling Challenge Crystal Ride Sunday, June 10th 0730 hrs Crystal City - 2100 Crystal Drive. Arlington, VA
Brief Description: This is an amateur, non-competitive, participatory ride, open to cyclists of all abilities. Participants will start and end in Crystal City. The ride will be held on a closed circuit in and around the Pentagon, Crystal City and the Air Force Memorial. Participants can be challenged for up to 8 laps (100km) in 3.5 hours, either as a Standard Registrant, Corporate Challenge Team or as part of Team Sabre. You do not have to start at 7:30am, as you can check in up to 9am - it just all depends on how many laps you want to complete by 11am.
In person packet pick-up will be run at the Crystal City Marriott at Reagan National Airport (1999 Jeff Davis Hwy, Arlington, VA), on Friday between 2-6pm, and on Saturday, between noon and 6pm. You can also register on ride morning at the s/f line (check back, in case registration is full).

Fees: $50 General Entry $40 Discounted Entry (Active Duty/Reserve Military Personnel) $5 Late fee after May 21
Standard Registration Fee Includes: T-Shirt, Timing chip rental, finishers medal, refreshments. Note T-shirts are only for pre-registered prior to May 1.
Discounted Fee: You must bring valid proof of discounted category or pay the extra $10 at packet pick up

You may register in person for the event on Friday June 8th at the Crystal City Marriott (1999 Jefferson Davis Hiwy, Arlington, VA) Hotel from 2-6pm or on Saturday, June 10th at the hotel from 12-6pm. Subject to availability, you can register on the morning of the ride, Sun June 10th, at the Registration Tent at the start/finish line in Crystal City, 6-9am. Please note that t-shirts will only be distributed to the riders registered prior to May 1tst

Navy Federal Corporate Challenge
The Navy Federal Corporate Challenge recognition rewards will take place on the Air Force Memorial stage. Each participating team will also be assigned a 10'x10' Feed Zone Tent on the hill in front of the Air Force Memorial on Columbia Pike. Teams will be encouraged to invite friends and fans out to this area. This area can be used to re-supply riders with water and food during the event. Up to 6 riders per team, but multiple teams within the same corporation allowed. $500 minimum team/corporation pledge. Top three fund-raising teams recognized on stage. Top three teams by laps completed recognized on stage. Fund-raising deadline 6/6/10. Note T-shirts are only for pre-registered prior to May 1.
Fee: $300 per Corporate Challenge Team (6 rider max)
Entry Fee Includes: Entry for up to 6 riders, T-Shirts, Timing Chips, Finishers Medals, Feed Zone Tent, entry into the Breakaway Club and Registration fees for all team members. Note T-shirts are only for pre-registered prior to May 1.
Pledge: A minimum pledge of $1000 for the team, with the proceeds to benefit the Air Force Aid Society.
